Film in C.A and particularly in Guatemala, has reemerged again in the last 20 years after decades of armed conflict across the region. First time I ever stepped on a set 15 years ago I didn’t know USP was an actual role in the rest of the world, but I had my camera with me and immediately felt compelled to photograph what I was seeing. I then went on to work in different departments but always took pictures on set. Nowadays I’m the only established USP in Guatemala with Still Photography credits in more than 10 feature films. Looking to work in the region and abroad, especially in Latin America.
