My Bio

Having studied Intercultural Theatre in the Netherlands graduating, I love seeking out mood setters, gripping action and poignant moments to create images that visually resonate a story. This was my focus for 10 years capturing weddings, which cover everything from portraiture to candid documentary. I’m equally passionate about BTS with a huge admiration for the amazing work done by film crews, and the magic of moviemaking. Fluent in English, Dutch, German, Greek and basic French, I get along with almost all walks of life.

Highlights from Marq

Inspirations include the theatricality of Wes Anderson, the cinematography of Roger Deakins, the framing of Mr. Robot and the swagger of 60s cinema.
Most recently I shot unit stills for Lifetime’s Stolen By Their Father starring Sarah Drew and Kimonas Kouris, which were used in the socials marketing as well as the movie’s key art.
