Mark Tipping
I’m a professional photographer with many years experience predominantly in the music business, but also more recently on set for TV and Film. If you would like to hire me for shoots of any scale/budget please get in touch. I am keen to work on short films or features (including BTS). I live in the South West of England but am prepared to travel for shoots. I am fully accredited and insured.

An essential member of our crew.
Mark is a valuable addition to any set. He’s a master of disappearing and so you’ll think ‘where are my stills’ and then he shows you the best shots you can imagine, but he didn’t even seem to be there, so how did he get them? Our project social media poster campaign has been brilliant, really doing some numbers, mainly down to his insightful character portraits. You can’t make all the things you need with stills from the film, so you need some proper stills and Mark is the man to take them. I can’t wait to direct another film, on which Mark will be an essential member of the crew.
Getting Conmfrtable
Mark contacted me and offered to shoot some behind the scenes stills for us on our short film Getting Comfortable. We hadn’t meet before he arrived on set but he arrived at the time he said he would and proceeded to take photos in a quiet, professional manner: focused.and unobtrusive. He actually came for 3 days in all to 3 different locations. After he’d taken the photos on his very nice, very expensive camera (it does make a difference, the pictures look beautiful) he WeTransfer-ed them to me. They were great. We’ve had other photographers on other shoots but Mark’s photos are head and shoulders better.
