I first picked up a camera while training as an actor at The Actors Program in Auckland, but soon realised that I had a passion for photography and working with performers, helping capture them at their best. My primary focus for the past few years has been in Musical Theatre and promotional content; and with my training as an actor I feel at ease within the rehearsal space and on set, positioning myself to get the shots while keeping myself out of the way of the performers and creatives. This love for capturing the moment has led to working on set as a Unit Stills photographer, transitioning from wanting to be in front of the camera to working behind it. I have worked on TV series pilots, Short Films and Web Series, and I am always looking to improve and develop my passion for combining photography and film.
