Documenting the world around me has always been a joy and an honor, and being from a small archipelago in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean has made me particularly aware of how to document my subjects in an ever-changing environment.

I’m interested in helping you document your next film project in a way that strengthens it visually, and helps connect your viewers to the mystery that is film production. I look forward to hearing from you.

My Bio

Finnur Justinussen was born and raised in the Faroe Islands, a small archipelago in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean halfway between Scotland and Iceland.

With experience and training in both North America and Australia, and strong professional ties throughout the Nordic region, he has focused for 20+ years on photojournalism, architecture photography, weddings, editorial photography, and advertising.

His current foray into film production photography is bolstered by his comprehensive experience, and a “hands-on” approach to finding images that illustrate the depth and nuance of film production.
