Diana Patient
I am a London based Stills Photographer and have worked for BBC, JWH Films, and independent feature and short films. A highlight was working on ‘The Souvenir: Part I’ by Joanna Hogg and On Greta Bellamachina and Jaclyn Bethany’s new feature ‘Tell That to the Winter Sea’ in late 2022.
During my 11+ years working as a photographer with brands such as Penguin Random House, Vice, The Mirror and Missoni I have built up a large professional portfolio and slowly started moving into film stills in 2015.
I love storytelling and how we pass stories through generations, between cultures and what that tells us about the big questions in life.
On set I shoot digital and analogue for stills and specials to produce commercial and artistic images.
Highlights from Diana
I think Joanna Hogg is one of the most inspiring women I have ever seen working and Honor Swinton-Byrne was great to watch and work with in ‘The Souvenir’ as she tackled her character’s journey as a young woman carving out her own creative space in the world. My images for The Souvenir appeared in Little White Lies, The Guardian and Curzon Online.
I have worked closely with writer and director Prerna Winter on all her films as film stills and specials photographer and look forward to working on her upcoming feature.
I will be shooting film stills and specials for ‘Tell That To The Winter Sea’ in September 2022. Directed by Jaclyn Bethany and starring Greta Bellamacina and Amber Anderson.

Diana was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end! She is a calm presence with a thoughtful eye and a wonderful manner. She surpassed any vision of what I expected for my campaign photos and was an absolute delight on set when taking BS shoots. She is also very efficient in communication and delivery. I can’t wait to work with her again!
