Sasha Ostrov

I had a chance of working on action tv-series and big budget dramas like “Silver Skates” by Netflix originals and Netflix coproduction tv-series „To the Lake”. Internationally, I have worked with The Walt Disney Company – feature-length movies The Last Knight. My latest project was a space drama film “The Challenge” partially filmed on the International Space Station. There I documented the pre-production, rocket launch and launch part at the Baikonur. Also I worked on John Stephenson’s “The Lady of Heaven”, where I did a special photography. As a part of a film crew I have traveled from North Karelian caves and Ural Mountains to Georgian desert, relict subtropical forest and Italian coast. I find my job incredibly interesting and fulfilling. I enjoy my every day on set and strive to create content that will not only document the process of filmmaking, but will help to keep the audience interested in the film across all media formats.
